Do you only support people dealing with anxiety in social settings? While we specialize in helping clients overcome social anxiety, we also offer support for a wide range of issues including stress management, depression, grief, relational challenges, burnout, workplace difficulties, parenting concerns, and issues related to separation and divorce. What should I expect during my first session? Your first session is an initial assessment where we’ll discuss your concerns and goals. This helps us create a personalized counseling plan that’s tailored to your specific needs.
How long are the sessions? Individual sessions typically last 50 minutes. If you require more time, we also offer extended sessions of 75 minutes upon request.
What are your fees? Our counselling fees range from $140 to $210. To continue providing exceptional care and to keep up with economic changes, our fees may increase periodically to align with inflation. We will inform all current clients of any fee changes at least 2 months in advance via email.

Should I receive counselling or psychotherapy? Counselling might be suitable if you’re looking for support with specific life issues, need short-term help, or seek practical advice and coping strategies. Psychotherapy might be more appropriate if you’re dealing with long-standing psychological issues, need to explore deep-seated patterns and behaviors, or require long-term treatment for mental health conditions.
